Sam is a fully qualified audiologist, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council. He studied at the Mary Hare School for the Deaf and has spent his entire career dedicated to providing hearing care to the local community. He previously worked for a leading private Hearing Company where his transparent approach and commitment to customer service built an excellent reputation before opening Alresford Hearing Studio in August 2019 to provide that extra standard of personal care and choice that only a truly independent practice can deliver. Sam is a BSHAA certified clinical ear care specialist. When Sam is not working at The Studio you can normally find him out on the golf course.
Before helping to establish the Alresford Hearing Studio Helen had a successful career as a Regional Manager for a leading private Hearing Company where she successfully managed the sales and support functions for a group of 20 branches. She is now able to devote her energies to delivering the highest standards of customer care through the ‘front-of-house’and ‘back office’ operations at the Alresford Hearing Studio. Helen ensures that the customer experience is exceptional and uses her industry experience to help answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Jodie has gained years of experience working for a national supplier of hearing solutions before helping to establish the Alresford hearing studio in 2019.Jodie is passionate about delivering the best customer experience at our studio, Jodie manages the day-to-day clinic as well as qualifying as an Hearing Care Assistant in September 2020 at Mary Hare School of the Deaf with Sam mentoring her studies. As well as assisting Sam with all aspects of hearing care Jodie is a BSHAA certified in clinical ear wax removal & is fully focused on hearing health and offering ‘sound advice’ to all valued patients.
James joined the team in March 2022 and has committed to helping our patients through their hearing journey from new hearing tests to 6 monthly reviews with all our existing patients. James is passionate about helping our patients hear the world around them whether that is through wax removal, hearing aid servicing or customer review meetings. Like Sam, James is an avid golfer and before entering the world of Audiology was a Professional Golf Instructor in Shanghai, China.
Janet joined the Alresford Hearing Studio in September 2021, Jan has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry previously managing a dental practice. Janet has a passion for delivering patients the highest quality of care. Jan like Sam and James is also a keen golfer and when she is not at the studio or on the golf course she will be spending time with her granddaughter Indie May.
